Public Offer for the Sale of Electronic Subscriptions for Viewing Video Content with Subtitles and an Embedded Translator

1. General Provisions

1.1. PlagTV.com (hereinafter referred to as the Seller) publishes the Public Offer for selling subscriptions on the Seller's official website plagtv.com (hereinafter referred to as the Website).

1.2. This document constitutes a public offer. By accepting the terms set forth below, the individual accepting the offer agrees to pay for subscriptions under the conditions stated herein. The payment made by the Buyer for the subscriptions is considered as acceptance of the offer, which is equivalent to the execution of a contract based on the terms outlined in the offer.

1.3. In view of the above, please carefully read the text of the Public Offer. If you disagree with any of its clauses, you have the option not to purchase subscriptions.

1.4. In this Public Offer, unless the context requires otherwise, the following terms shall have the following meanings:

"Offer" - the Seller's public offering for any individual (citizen) to conclude a purchase contract (hereinafter referred to as the Contract) with them under the terms set forth in the Contract, including all its annexes. "Seller" - the company selling any subscriptions presented on the Website. "Buyer" - an individual entering into the Contract with the Seller on its terms. "Acceptance" - the Buyer's complete and unconditional agreement with the terms of the Contract. "Subscription" - a list of passes sold by the Seller on the Website. "Order" - separate items on the subscription list, specified by the Buyer in their request on the Website. "Service" - a package of features offered to the Buyer by the Website.

2. Subject Matter

2.1. The Seller sells subscriptions for unlimited access to the Website content at the current price list published on the Website. The Buyer pays for a subscription under the terms of the Contract.

2.2. This Contract constitutes an integral part of the Offer. The current valid version of the document is posted on the Seller's Website.

3. Order Placement

3.1. The Buyer places an order on the Website by selecting the required items from the presented list.

3.2. By registering (placing) an Order on the Seller's Website, the Buyer agrees to provide their email address and a password known only to the Buyer.

3.3. Immediately after the Buyer places an order and makes a payment for a subscription as per Clause 5 of the Contract, the Seller provides the Buyer with unlimited access to the Website content for a period corresponding to the selected subscription during the order placement.

3.4. The Seller undertakes to comply with the privacy terms.

4. Order Execution

4.1. An order is considered executed upon the expiration of the term of unlimited access to the Website content as stated in Clause 3.3 hereof.

4.2. The Seller shall not be held liable for improper order execution if the Buyer provides incorrect contact details or order content.

4.3. The Seller shall not be held liable for late or non-executed orders if the calculation of unlimited access to the Website content is delayed or discontinued due to reasons beyond the Seller's control. Such reasons include the following instances:

• Submission of an invalid email address or loss of access to the specified email address or the Seller's Website.
• The Buyer's inability to use the purchased subscription due to their lack of technical capability, such as a malfunction of the Seller's ISPs or insufficient software on the Buyer's electronic device.

5. Order Payment

5.1. An order is paid using a bank card, electronic payment, or from a mobile phone account through a payment aggregator.

5.2. The subscription price is indicated on the Website.

5.3. Payment is considered made when the funds are cleared on the Seller's settlement account in the payment aggregator system.

5.4. The Seller may unilaterally change the subscription prices on the Website without prior notice to the Buyer.

5.5. If an order is paid by a bank card (including entering the card number), the payment is processed on the aggregator's website. The Buyer does not transfer any private data (card details, registration, and other payment data) to the Seller; their processing is completely secure, and neither the Seller nor any other party can obtain the Buyer's personal and bank details. The SSL protocol is used to protect information from unauthorized access during transmission from the Buyer to the server.

5.6. The Buyer's payment for an individually placed order using a payment aggregator represents their consent to the terms herein.

6. Order Refund

6.1. An order amount paid by the Buyer for a substandard service is subject to a refund. The refund is made by transferring the amount to the Buyer's electronic account within 5 business days after the corresponding claim is submitted.

6.2. The Buyer may request a refund of the paid order amount for a properly rendered service within 14 days, excluding the day of purchase.

6.3. A request for an order refund is submitted via the contact form on the Website.

6.4. A refund to the Buyer's bank card is possible only to the card used for the payment of the order.

7. Rights, Obligations, and Liability

7.1. The Seller shall provide the Buyer with access to the Website content according to the placed order and the terms herein.

7.2. The Seller may assign their rights and obligations regarding order execution to third parties.

7.3. The Seller may dispose of the Website content at their discretion, including deleting and editing content, without notifying the Buyer.

7.4. This Offer is not irrevocable. The Seller may refuse to accept orders from individuals who express disagreement with the terms herein.

7.5. The Buyer may submit any claims regarding improper order execution through the feedback form on the Website. All submitted information will be promptly processed.

7.6. The Seller uses YouTube API Services, and the Buyer agrees to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms**) and Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy**).
